It sounds like it could be a potential boom for insurance providers and a major bust for the veterinary industry if things shake out the way they could. I'm not familiar, but I would think there should be different liabilities when it comes to equines that can be used in for-profit activities versus a family pet in the eyes of the law, but it is impossible to know how that will play out.
